One small step for a puppy, one giant leap for independence! Susquehanna Service Dogs' Astronaut puppies have launched their journey to becoming service dogs. These seven puppies are with their puppy raisers, learning how to change the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Republic Services participated in the Shred Day in El Segundo, CA over the weekend of January 16-17. We were able to capture over 12,810 lbs. of shredded material and over 380 lbs. of cardboard boxes.

Antea Group was contracted by one of the world’s largest chemical manufacturing organizations to provide equipment-specific lockout / tagout procedures at their largest Research and Develop facility in North America. The overall objective of the project was to evaluate the worker risks during maintenance and repair operations associated with laboratory equipment at the facility and to mitigate those risks through the development and implementation of equipment-specific lockout / tagout procedures. Development of these procedures also helped the facility to assure regulatory compliance with OSHA’s standard on Control of Hazardous Energy (29 CFR 1910.147).
