Recently, Comcast and Internet Essentials announced a partnership with the Tejano Center for Community Concerns to bring a WiFi-Connected “Lift Zone” to the campus to provide a safe space for families to participate in educational opportunities and the digital economy.

“I’m passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health in the Black community,” says DeShawn Williams, a licensed clinical social worker. “We don’t want to be seen as weak. 2021 Ushers in a New Era of Corporate Activism

In the past, it was standard operating procedure for brands to steer clear of the political conversation altogether.
