Our size and global reach give us a large platform to do good. We take that responsibility seriously and always act in the best interests of our local communities and the local economy.
Human rights
Human rights are integrated into our goals and are driven throughout our organization by the Atlas Copco Business Code of Practice. We respect all internationally recognized human rights, including freedom of association and collective bargaining and a zero tolerance of forced and child labor and a safe and healthy working environment.
Community engagement and charity
Voluntary donations made through our employee-led initiative Water for All (and matched by Atlas Copco) have so far resulted in clean drinking water for more than 1.5 million people. Our Community Engagement and Charity Policy also encourages our subsidiaries to provide material and financial support in the event of natural and humanitarian disasters.
