The second week of Maximum Impact 2012 was a great success -- as Deloitte and United Way brought college students from schools across the nation to Atlanta, aiming to motivate younger children within the community to continue on a path to higher education, providing literacy kids and classroom aid, and to support services for the homeless, assisting in the distribution of food to dozens of agencies to maximize their reach and impact.

Hear from Maximum Impact 2009 alum Rohit Kabra, now a business technology analyst, Deloitte Consulting LLP, as he recounts his experience with Deloitte's alternative spring break project in Houston, a huge deciding factor for his current career...   “My Maximum Impact experience in Houston, TX in 2009 was paramount to my final decision to join Deloitte just eight months later! I chose Deloitte, not only because of the prestige of the company, but the culture I experienced at Maximum Impact. It allowed me to speak with Deloitte people at all levels, whose work supported a variety of industries, and I saw how the culture fostered the growth of the younger staff in both their professional careers as well as their own adult character. After joining the company, I found that Maximum Impact was a very real example of the inner workings of the organization.”
