‘Happiness Recycled’ Tour of France Launches at Rock en Seine Festival

Coca-Cola Enterprises is taking its popular Happiness Recycled mobile recycling tour to France, beginning with the three-day music festival, Rock en Seine. Equipped with innovative bins, a wide variety of games and even a flash mob or two, the tour aims to engage festival-goers in fresh and fun ways, helping them understand how small changes in their recycling behavior can make a big difference.

Arnaud Rolland, Head of Sustainable Development, Coca-Cola Enterprises said, “The Happiness Recycled Tour is a great opportunity for us to raise awareness and help people understand the influence they have when they choose to recycle. If we can help festival-goers across the country create better recycling habits, the positive impact felt within our communities would be tremendous.”

When the tour leaves Rock en Seine at the end of the weekend, it will head on to seven other music festivals across the France, educating an estimated 1.3 million people on the benefits of recycling. These efforts support Coca-Cola Enterprises’ overall commitment to raise recycling awareness and further reducing the carbon footprint of our beverages by one third by 2020.
