On August 21st of this year the Conflict Minerals Consortium is hosting the Inaugural Global Conflict Minerals Syposium in Los Angeles, California. The Symposium coincides with the 1-year anniversary of the Dodd-Frank Section 1502 Conflict Minerals Final Rule.
This event will provide senior corporate and compliance executives, regulatory officials from across the globe, leading academia and NGO officers with a forum to share their practical experience, insights, and vision for achieving conflict free sourcing practices globally with the implementation of effective regulations.
