Key Takeaways:

Workshop Activities:

  1. It all starts with the employees WIIFM (What's In It For Me?) We will learn how to create an ‘Empathy Map’ to guide the design and implementation of the new or improved program.

  2. Using the insights of the Empathy Mapping process, we will create a Logic Model (or Theory of Change Model) for the employee volunteer program which will help us:

    • Identify overall goal of the program

    • List the activities and resources

    • Project potential outputs

    • Identify intended outcomes

    • List desired impacts

  3. Finally, we will pull everything together using the Design Canvas Tool. This process will show you how to create a common language and expectations for your CSR initiative or employee volunteering program.
