Arby’s Efficiency Matters Program Earns “Top Project of the Year Award” from Environmental Leader

(ARG), franchisor of the global, iconic Arby’s brand, today announced that their Efficiency Matters program received a Top Project of the Year Award in the Environmental Leader Product & Project Awards. Efficiency Matters, launched by Arby’s in 2012, is considered by judges as an exemplary project to serve as a cost-saving energy management platform to help improve efficiencies in restaurants and reduce energy consumption and associated environmental and community impacts. As part of Arby’s PurposeFULL™ CSR program, the brand remains committed to being a good steward of the environment and a green and responsible company.

The Environmental Leader Product & Project Awards is a program recognizing excellence in products and services that provide companies with energy and environmental benefits or in projects implemented by companies that improved environmental or energy management and increased the bottom line.
Scores were determined by a panel of independent judges headed by Paul Leavoy of LNS Research and also including judges from major corporations dedicated to environmental stewardship.
