Astellas USA Foundation has launched an innovative Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) initiative to introduce the benefits of STEM education to middle school and high school students in targeted rural communities.

Sodexo, world leader in Quality of Life Services, has introduced the BITE mobile app to its dining guests, thus allowing them to use their phones to plan ahead for healthy eating and so much more. Developed by Sodexo’s Culinary Solutions team, the app is an industry-leading use of technology to give consumers a convenient one-stop shop for nutritional information, menus, promotions, wellness tracking and loyalty rewards.

The Players Association, its longest tenured member, Alex Rodriguez and Major League Baseball are joining with New York State and Harlem RBI in a public-private partnership to create the Roberto Clemente Urban Youth Academy in the Bronx.

In 2015, AT&T sponsored 7 young men of color for All Star Code’s 2015 Summer Intensive program. Since the end of the program, our AT&T scholars have continued to develop their computer science and coding skills and grow into remarkable leaders. Rebuilding Together has received a $781,697 AmeriCorps grant from the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) to support 87 AmeriCorps members.

As part of its commitment to support local community efforts, Manheim Pennsylvania Auto Auction will once again host Be Responsible and Keep Everyone Safe (B.R.A.K.E.S.), a safe driving course geared toward teens, on July 23 and 24. Two four-hour sessions featuring hands-on defensive driving education for nearly 160 teens throughout Lancaster County will be offered each day from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and the Tyco Cares Foundation today announced a partnership to create and distribute online resources designed to educate small business owners and chambers of commerce on steps they can take to ensure a safe, crime-free work environment.

Time sure flies when you are having fun! It’s hard to believe that we are half way through the 2016 AT&T Aspire Accelerator and already it’s such an incredible experience. From our kick off in San Francisco in May to the ISTE conference in June, the 2016 class is making serious progress growing their organizations to maximize impact and is developing impactful relationships along the way.
