Corporate Responsibility Magazine has named General Motors to its 20th annual 100 Best Corporate Citizens ranking, recognizing outstanding environmental, social and governance transparency and performance among the 1,000 largest U.S. public companies. GM is ranked No. 24 for 2019. This is the third year in a row that GM is ranked in the top 100.

For many former inmates, success upon re-entry means securing housing, maintaining a solid support system of family and friends, and finding a job. In 2018 alone, approximately 700,000 people finished their time in prison and re-entered their communities. But as many have found, getting a job is harder than ever.
