Lockheed Martin Releases 2016 Global Diversity & Inclusion Report Affirming “Conscious Inclusion” as Key Business Imperative
Lockheed Martin has released its 2016 Global Diversity & Inclusion Annual Report highlighting its commitment to Conscious Inclusion – an intentional focus on creating a diverse, inclusive and engaged workforce built on a strong foundation of equal opportunity. Lockheed Martin’s Conscious Inclusion model has three strategic focus areas: employee engagement, inclusive leadership and diversity outreach; and the 2016 report outlines efforts in all of these key areas.
