Timberland Hosts Third Round of Presidential Town Halls for Employees

This week, Timberland continued its tradition of hosting current presidential candidates during the lead-up to presidential elections, as part of its commitment to community engagement. On Wednesday, February 3rd, Republican Presidential Candidate Carly Fiorina visited the Stratham, NH company headquarters, with Republican Presidential candidate and Florida Senator Marco Rubio visiting Thursday. Today, Republican Presidential Candidate and governor of New Jersey Chris Christie arrived to conduct the 6th town hall of the 2016 Election cycle. Following the Iowa Caucus earlier this week, all three candidates took time out of their busy campaign schedules to hold open invitation town hall meetings at Timberland’s headquarters, for employees and their immediate family members.

While Timberland in no way endorses or financially supports any candidate or party, the company supports the democratic process and is proud to host any candidate who wishes to visit the Stratham office. These visits provide Timberland employees with an opportunity to hear directly from presidential candidates, ask questions and educate themselves about the upcoming election.
