Conference participants network for job opportunities and develop mentor relationships, while companies like Lockheed Martin can recruit top STEM talent.

“Lockheed Martin is proud of our BEYA honorees, who work to solve the world’s most complex and pressing challenges every day,” says Rainia Washington, vice president of Global Diversity & Inclusion. “We want to inspire the next generation to innovate boldly and secure America’s future in STEM – and commit to cultivating the brightest, most innovative workforce to do so.”
