Astellas appeared among the top 200 best midsize companies in the U.S. from 2,300 employers assessed. Astellas also ranked eighth out of the top pharmaceutical companies, up from the 25th spot previously.

For the third consecutive year, Astellas has achieved a perfect score on the 2017 Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s (HRC) annual Corporate Equality Index (CEI). Astellas and Donate Life America Attempt to Achieve GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ Title for Organ Donor Registrations
To bring greater focus to the critical importance of organ donation, Astellas and Donate Life America will attempt to break the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title for online organ donor registrations in an eight-hour period from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Daylight Time (CDT) on Saturday, Nov. 5. The record-breaking attempt will take place during the Astellas-sponsored New Zealand All Blacks and Irish Rugby Football Union match at Chicago’s Soldier Field.
