As expectations for socially responsible business continue to increase around the world, corporations are looking to diversify their portfolio of support beyond traditional cash contributions and low impact volunteering. One such way is through corporate pro bono programs. Most of these programs are run by a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) department, however there is a rapidly increasing set of companies adding pro bono service opportunities to existing leadership development programs or talent development initiatives driven by Human Resources.
