Employees are showing initiative and are getting involved
Daimler is using social projects as a team development possibility with increasing frequency. Instead of workshops in conference hotels employees are helping amongst others in homes of refugees or youth villages. Both partners benefit: urgent renovation work will be done and the employees are getting to know each other better.
