This year, the report focuses on the needs of customers and what they expect from Vodafone in terms of online protection, privacy and security of data, and the work the company is doing to reduce its total carbon footprint. The Responsibility Store also examines how mobile technology promotes flexible and smarter working that can help customers reduce their own environmental impact. Other areas reviewed include developments in Vodafone’s World of Difference programme, working with employees and suppliers, and improvements to the network.
