The Natural Step Canada's IMPACT! Sustainability Champions Training Program for Emerging Leaders in Toronto

• Ready to do more to champion sustainability in your community?

Then you are an Emerging Leader, and invited to apply to be part of the IMPACT! Sustainability Champions Training in Toronto on March 22-23, 2012.

The Co-operators and The Natural Step Canada are partnering to offer you the IMPACT! Sustainability Champions Training, a series of two-day trainings offered across Canada, focused in two areas: realizing your leadership potential and developing your sustainability project using the The Natural Step Framework for Strategic Sustainable Development.

The program runs from March to June 2012, and includes a two-day in-person workshop on March 22-23 at Friends House, 60 Lowther Avenue, Toronto, ON (map).

Bring your own project or create one during the training!

You will be provided with ongoing support and resources from local mentors and you can stay connected to each other using the online community. We are here to help you discover your inner champion!

We are very grateful to The Co-operators (national sponsor) and Alterna Bank (Toronto sponsor) for subsidizing the cost of the training. The participant cost is only a $50 commitment fee and bursaries are available based on need. All participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements and costs. To ensure a quality learning environment, participation is limited to 30 spaces.

Co-operators et The Natural Step Canada ont formé un partenariat afin de vous offrir IMPACT! Formation de champions en développement durable! Cette série de formation de deux jours sera offerte à travers le Canada et mettra l’accent sur ces deux aspects : réaliser son potentiel en leadership et développer son projet en développement durable en se servant du Cadre théorique de The Natural Step pour le développement durable stratégique.

Le programme se déroulera de mars à juin 2012 et comprendra un atelier de deux jours avec participation en personne, les 22-23 mars, et il aura lieu à Friends House, 60, avenue Lowther, Toronto, ON (carte).

Apportez votre propre projet ou vous pourrez en créer un lors de la formation!

On vous fournira soutien continu et ressources de mentors locaux et vous pourrez rester en contact avec la communauté en ligne. Notre but c’est de vous aider à découvrir votre esprit de champion!

Nous souhaitons remercier Co-operators (commanditaire national) et Banque Alterna (commanditaire de Toronto) pour le financement du coût de la formation. Le participant n’aura à payer qu’un montant de 50 $ (frais d’engagement) et des bourses sont à disposition selon les besoins. Tous les participants sont tenus d’organiser leur propre déplacement, et devront payer pour l’hébergement et leurs frais de voyage. Afin d’assurer un environnement d’apprentissage de qualité, la participation sera limitée à 30 places.
