The ocean can play an important role in helping meet urgent global climate goals. We can harness this potential by restoring ocean health and marine biodiversity. Can this be done while also speeding-up growth in renewable energy? The answer for us at Ørsted is yes. We are working to create net-positive impact on biodiversity with every new renewable energy project we commission from 2030. Together with leading ecology experts we are finding the best ways to restore marine biodiversity.
