November 9, 2023 /3BL/ - SkysTheLimit.org, the nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering emerging entrepreneurs, is thrilled to announce its highly anticipated online holiday marketplace, comprised of over 100 creator-led brands featuring founders who identify as women, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, disabled and low-income backgrounds. Under the banner of 'Sky's the Limit's Marketplace', this curated collection of shops offers shoppers a unique opportunity to support emerging entrepreneurs and small business founders, especially those from underrepresented communities, during the holiday season.

The Marketplace will be open to shoppers from November 9 through December 31, 2023. This year's edition is the organization's largest brand showcase to date, featuring a diverse array of businesses, including street fashion, vegan beauty, sustainable home goods, social media marketing, financial education, HR support, and nonprofit organizations serving various cause areas.

Commenting on the initiative, Sky's the Limit CEO, Bo Ghirardelli, expressed his enthusiasm: "At Sky's the Limit, we believe in creating opportunities for everyone, regardless of their background. The Marketplace is a celebration of talent, creativity, and entrepreneurship. By supporting these rising creators, shoppers not only find unique and meaningful gifts but also contribute to the growth of businesses led by incredible individuals."

Participating entrepreneurs in this year's Marketplace include:

  • Loanhood co-founded by Lucy Hall: Revolutionizing the fashion industry with peer-to-peer fashion rental, empowering UK communities to make money and access fashion sustainably.
  • JanaeJavan founded by JaNae Hickman: Offering high-grade Italian linens and natural apothecary products for home and personal use.
  • ShuLovesRebels (SLR) founded by Cameron Cox: A fashion house promoting alternative lifestyles while supporting communities and artisans worldwide with ethical, sustainable products.
  • ROOUH founded by Basma Doukhi: Empowering stateless Palestinian refugee women artisans in Lebanon to showcase their artistic, hand-made products globally.

In addition to the online marketplace, Marketplace LIVE on December 6 provides an opportunity to shop live with rising entrepreneurs.

An in-person meet & greet and shopping experience will be held with Tulsa-based Sky’s the Limit Entrepreneurs in early December in Tulsa. More details about this event will be shared soon.
