CITGO Fueling Good winner, Bess the Book Bus, paid a visit to Houston this week, giving away thousands of books and causing thousands of smiles.
Bess the Book Bus is a national mobile literacy outreach program sponsored by CITGO. The mobile literacy program, founded by Jennifer Frances in 2002, is dedicated to providing new books to underserved children and families throughout the country. Since its inception, the program has served 18,000 children.
