K.A.M.P. Award

In 2002, Zurich created the K.A.M.P. award as a living legacy to honor four employees lost on 9/11: John Keohane, Peggy Alario, Kathy Moran and Lud Picarro. “K.A.M.P.” is an acronym for their last names and carries a reminder to all employees to “Keep A Meaningful Perspective.” The K.A.M.P. award serves as a tribute to their courage and dedication and is an enduring way to remember and inspire others to make a difference. Since its inception in 2002, the K.A.M.P. award has been presented to 53 employees from offices across the United States who display an ability to lead and motivate others to exceed expectations.
