Join Booz Allen Employees and “Volunteer to Cheer” at Special Olympics Virginia Winter Games
For decades, Booz Allen has supported the world-class athletes of Special Olympics. This international nonprofit provides year-round training and athletic competitions in a variety of sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them opportunities to improve their physical fitness, demonstrate courage, and have fun. Our volunteers are deeply invested in the mission of Special Olympics, and have contributed thousands of hours and more than $500,000 in donations since 2003.

The National Association for Female Executives (NAFE) today announced the 2015 Women of Excellence Award recipients. Betty Thompson, executive vice president and chief personnel officer of Booz Allen Hamilton, was honored for her business accomplishments and leadership.

For the 17th consecutive year, Booz Allen Hamilton was named to the prestigious list of “100 Best Companies” by Working Mother magazine, for the firm’s commitment to progressive workplaces that promote flexibility and career advancement. 2015 also marks Booz Allen’s third year in the “Best Companies Hall of Fame,” which honors “heavy hitters” that have made the list for 15 or more years.
