BrownFlynn and AIAG Announce Partnership to Deliver GRI Training

(3BL Media) Cleveland, OH - July 2, 2012 - BrownFlynn, a corporate responsibility and sustainability consulting firm and the first U.S.-certified training partner of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), is pleased to announce its partnership with the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) to deliver GRI training. AIAG recently became an Organizational Stakeholder (OS) to the GRI as a demonstration of its commitment to promoting transparency and consistent reporting standards in the automotive industry.

Training will be offered in a variety of different platforms, including in-person at the offices of AIAG and via webinar. Courses are as follows:

GRI is the most widely-used sustainability reporting framework, with more than 80 percent of the Global 250 reporting according to GRI. The framework provides detailed guidance to companies wishing to report their environmental, social and governance impacts.
