Brenna Minor is a program manager with Tetra Tech’s Disaster Recovery group, specializing in implementing federally funded disaster recovery projects. Brenna currently works with the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on COVID-19 recovery programs through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and other Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act funds.
