UN Global Compact Launches Local Network in Morocco

On 5 March, the UN Global Compact officially launched its Global Compact Network Morocco in Casablanca, Morocco. On this occasion, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the UN Global Compact, the General Confederation of Moroccan Companies (CGEM) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Morocco.

To promote the importance of business and human rights issues in Indonesia, Global Compact Network Indonesia held a Regional Workshop on Business and Human Rights from 5 to 6 February. This forum served as a multi-stakeholder dialogue platform for networking, knowledge sharing and exchanging experience on business and human rights practices and the implementation of the Guiding Principles.
