This Report continues to focus on the five areas of their sustainability agenda - harm reduction, marketplace, environment, supply chain and people and culture - and highlights some of the key opportunities alongside the biggest challenges they face.

It also includes the progress they have made on last year’s goals and how they are using stakeholder dialogue to deliver sustainability.

The 32-page printed summary of the Report focuses on the key activities in each area of their sustainability agenda. The full Report online presents a more complete picture of their global sustainability activities, including balanced scorecards and case studies for nine of their key markets.
