To most people working in a traditional business setting, ‘team building’ typically involves a group lunch or an out-of-the-office activity like bowling or golf.  While getting out of the office can be a welcomed change, the benefits are often short-lived.  In contrast, today’s high performance team building activities are taking networking and office morale-building to another level.
