Children International Honors Volunteers on Giving Tuesday

Inspire Award Recipient Shares Her Thoughts on Volunteering
Dec 3, 2013 3:00 PM ET

The winner of the 2013 International InspireTM Award credits her father, a rickshaw driver, with sparking her desire to volunteer her time. Pampa Sinha has been a dedicated Children International volunteer for the past 15 years. On Giving Tuesday, and in anticipation of International Volunteer Day, Children International honors the local volunteers in the impoverished communities it serves. While most of them have very little financial means, they give much of themselves to help the children in their communities. Pampa Sinha is an outstanding example of someone who passionately gives much of herself to help the children in her community.
