How can companies like yours turn business challenges into circular economy-based, value-generating opportunities? Join me in Washington DC on Monday, June 26, to learn how the Circulab innovation tool, developed by the design agency Wiithaa, can help.

Using the business model canvas framework adapted for both profitability and sustainability, Circulab, has engaged companies from small and medium enterprises to global multinationals - in industries as diverse as home-furnishings and beauty care - to reframe their business challenges and prototype innovative solutions.

An example: when a global concrete company wanted to strengthen their business strategy prior to acquisition, they approached Wiithaa to facilitate a Circulab workshop.

Participating teams collaborated to develop a variety of new approaches including to upcycle materials from demolished buildings as well as to optimize payload and flow of concrete to and from building sites in real-time.

Circulab also helped the team identify cross-sector partnerships with contractors, suppliers, city planners and residents to accelerate positive outcomes.

Join us in Washington D.C. on Monday, June 26, for a Circulab workshop and demonstration, Rethinking Business Models for the Circular Economy, at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s third annual circular economy summit.

This hands-on workshop will be facilitated by me - a circular economy consultant, Harvard instructor, and former Cisco supply chain executive - Carrie Snyder, and my colleague, Wiithaa co-founder, and Circulab creator Nicolas Buttin.

In this workshop, you will learn how to:

  • Explore the dynamics of a circular economy in a creative, interactive context
  • Reframe business challenges into innovative circular opportunities
  • Generate business model ideas and develop pilot projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to break down silos and build sustainable ecosystems

Register today for the Circulab pre-summit workshop and use code CSS to receive 25% off  the main conference registration for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s third annual Circular Economy Summit, From Aspiration to Implementation.

I look forward to seeing you there!
