Innovative, Thought-Leading Organizations Advance the Monetization Working Group
Over the past 18 months, Antea Group in partnership with Fundación FEMSA has coalesced a number of thought-leading organizations to form the Monetization Working Group (MWG). This group aims to accelerate progress via removing obstacles to better, more sustainable business decisions by making key elements of sustainability more tangible and helping to build a better case for investment. Presently, the MWG is concentrating on creating a curriculum/tools that improve the monetization and business case development skills of those proposing and deciding on investments in sustainability.
Whirlpool Corporation and Habitat for Humanity Renew 2015 Partnership
Building on a 16-year partnership, Whirlpool Corporation today announced it will continue to provide a new range and refrigerator for every new Habitat for Humanity home in the U.S. in 2015, donating up to $5 million in products throughout the year. Whirlpool will also sponsor eight new home builds in partnership with families in need of affordable housing in the U.S.

Electronics Industry Pilots Factory Worker Protection Program in Malaysia
The Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC), a nonprofit coalition of leading electronics companies dedicated to supply chain responsibility, today announced the launch of a foreign migrant worker protection pilot program that aims to improve communications in electronics factories by providing workers with more effective ways to report issues related to social, environmental and ethical responsibility. The name of the program is Suara Kita, which is Malay for "Our Voice."
