Managing Change by Mastering Public Sector Complexity

Taking as its starting point the findings of IBM’s 2010 Global CEO Study, this in-depth and interactive workshop will explore strategies for responding effectively to the new complexities organizations face. The focus throughout will be on the practical steps participants can take based on the insightful results of the global survey.

Interactive exercises and wide ranging discussion will explore how to combine creative leadership, renewed citizen relationships, and increased operational dexterity to guide major transformation. You will:

• gain an in-depth understanding of the three characteristics of organizations that perform well in complexity

• learn how to apply these three characteristics to your public sector organization

• understand how to assess the readiness of your organization to successfully manage the complexity and change ahead

• find out how to identify specific areas of action where you will see the best results from your transformation efforts
