Dallas, Texas: More than 120 Team Members from Dallas area Hilton Hotels & Resorts and corporate regional offices partnered with the Dallas Environment Science Academy to revamp the school’s physical appearance. Volunteers painted inspirational mottos and murals throughout the hallways and refurbished the garden, planting three dozen flats of flowers and small shrubs. Donations of book shelves and library books were also made by volunteers to enrich the students’ educational experiences.

Shanghai, China: More than 50 Hilton Worldwide Team Members worked with 20 school children to clean up the Shanghai Nanhui Beach. Volunteers collected 782 pounds of garbage which was repurposed to create art work that will be displayed at Hilton Worldwide’s Corporate Offices in Shanghai. To mark their time together, volunteers and participating youth created time capsules filled with event items and will open them together in 100 days.

Orange County, California: Embassy Suites Team Members from seven properties throughout Orange County made their community service matter by joining forces to volunteer with the Orange County Food Bank. More than 30 volunteers prepared 1,290 boxes filled with non-perishable foods and toiletries for distribution to local families in need.

London, United Kingdom: John Greenleaf, global head of DoubleTree by Hilton, along with more than 60 DoubleTree by Hilton Team Members from eight properties across London, participated in a cleanup along the tributary of the Thames River.
