The segment will be hosted by Mary Jo Cook of Fair Trade USA, and will feature cooking demonstrations for three delicious recipes that are full of Fair Trade Certified Ingredients. Mary Jo leads a team charged with growing Fair Trade in the United States in order to increase impact to farmers and workers around the world. This is done by facilitating brands in their quest to make more of their products Fair Trade Certified, encouraging retailers to increase the number of Fair Trade Certified products on store shelves, and educating consumers about the importance of Fair Trade and the difference that can be made with every purchase. 

Before joining Fair Trade USA, Mary Jo was Vice President of Innovation at The Clorox Company where she created and led the company's first cross-functional innovation group which developed an launched products like GreenWorks from Clorox.    She also established the position of Vice President of Sustainability  to help Clorox use an environmental sustainability lens to both decrease its footprint and cost, as well as become a catalyst for growth. In 2006, BusinessWeek recognized her as one of the “Top 25 Innovation Champions.” In addition to her business career, Mary Jo contributes her time to numerous local nonprofit organizations, including LeaderSpring, which provides leadership development and management training to Executive Directors.
