#DardenDigest: Culinary Training for Culinary Educators

Attending the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) ProStart Summer Institutes has been an amazing opportunity for me. I had the chance to attend two separate weeks of training through the program, and last year I was thankful to be sponsored by Darden Restaurants. These experiences have given me much more confidence and real-life examples to help my students learn how to become culinary professionals. I am not a trained chef, but I am a high school teacher who is teaching future chefs.
