Led by the collaborative efforts of the Sanofi Foundation for North America, North America CSR, and Sanofi’s Diversity & Inclusion Council, SOCCD provided each company Employee Resource Group (ERG) an opportunity to fund up-to-two New Jersey non-profits. Each ERG selected a local organization, based on their own unique initiative and demographic that their group of colleagues supports. Sanofi Executives Jez Moulding, President of North America Pharmaceuticals at Sanofi; Gilles Lhernould, Senior Vice President, Global Corporate Social Responsibility; and John Spinnato, Vice President, North America Corporate Social Responsibility, and President, Sanofi Foundation North America; attend the inaugural Sanofi in Our Communities, Celebrating Diversity (SOCCD) event at the company’s U.S. Headquarters, located in Bridgewater, NJ. Both Moulding and Spinnato spoke at the event, reinforcing Sanofi’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, to employee engagement, and also to local Corporate Social Responsibility. In total $100,000 was donated by the Sanofi Foundation of North America to benefit a diverse range of New Jersey non-profit organizations.
