Sofidel Integrated Annual Report 2025

Sustainability content From the 2025 financial year onwards, the Sofidel Group has chosen to present its sustainability information within the Management report, integrating it with financial information. 

Although not yet subject to the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) – transposed into Italian law by Legislative Decree No. 125 of 6 September 2024 and applicable to Sofidel from the 2027 financial year – the Sofidel Group has already embarked on a gradual path of preparation in response to the evolving external regulatory framework, supported by nearly twenty years’ experience of voluntary sustainability reporting. Up to 2024, Sofidel transparently shared with its stakeholders its commitments and performance in environmental, social and governance matters through the various editions of its Integrated Report. 

The new reporting framework forms part of this alignment process, further strengthens a unified and holistic view of corporate performance, as well as a consistent approach to reporting. To facilitate consultation of the document and support stakeholders in this transition, the sections of the Management report that include sustainability content are highlighted through this visual marker, enabling readers to immediately identify environmental, social and governance information.
