The Everpure FY26 Impact Report outlines our progress across our technology, environmental, social, and governance priorities.
Five years into our impact journey, we continue to refine our strategy and disclosures to enhance transparency, accountability, and long-term value creation for our stakeholders. Key aspects reflected in this report include:
- Priority topics: Our Impact Report focuses on the material topics identified through our preliminary Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) conducted in FY25.
- Stakeholder-informed development: This report reflects input from internal subject matter experts and leaders, as well as feedback from customers, investors, and sustainability ratings organizations.
- Executive oversight: This report was reviewed and approved by our Chief Administrative and Legal Officer (CALO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Technology and Growth Officer (CTGO), and Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO), who serve as our Sustainability Executive Sponsors.
Frameworks and standards
Everpure actively monitors the sustainability reporting and regulatory landscape to respond to emerging reporting expectations and requirements. Our reporting references a number of leading disclosure standards and frameworks, including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Universal Standards, the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) for the Hardware Industry Standards and Software & IT Services Standards, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). We also continue to report on our climaterelated financial risks and opportunities, in line with the Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosure (TCFD) recommendations, while preparing for emerging International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) requirements. Scope
The Everpure fiscal year 2026 Impact Report was published in August 2026. Unless otherwise noted, the data reflected in this report covers our global operations for fiscal year 2026, representing February 3, 2025 through February 1, 2026. This report contains figures that have been rounded or approximated. Certain reclassifications of data from previous public disclosures may be made to conform to the current period presentation.
Verification
Our FY26 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and purchased generated renewable energy (RE) were verified by Apex, a third party, in accordance with ISO 14064-3.
