Caesars Foundation Reunites Veteran for First Time with Fellow WWII Sailors

James Horton, 92-year-old World War II veteran, reunited last week in Denver with his shipmates after almost 70 years. Thanks to the generous financial donation by the Caesars Foundation, Second Wind Dreams, a nonprofit that makes dreams come true for seniors, was able to coordinate his trip to Colorado.
