CITGO Petroleum Corporation provided athletes with developmental disabilities and their families an opportunity to bond by hosting the 2nd Annual Special Olympics Texas Family Night at the CITGO Miracle League Field. The updated Living Building program legislation expands on a pilot program started in 2009 and increases the number of buildings that can participate to twenty.
