As part of a commitment to safety, TransCanada (Coastal GasLink) and Shell Canada (LNG Canada) supported a study that will enable the emergency services in Kitimat, British Columbia to move forward— laying the groundwork for the industrial and residential growth that is currently taking place within the community and surrounding area.

“On behalf of the Kitimat Fire and Ambulance Service, I would like to personally thank Mayor and Council as well as TransCanada and Shell Canada-LNG Canada, whose donations made the study possible, for their continued support and commitment to a safer, healthier community within the District of Kitimat,” said Fire Chief Trent Bossence.
