When you think of sustainability in the workplace, do your thoughts immediately go to the ‘green’: recycling, energy efficiency, paperless office?  Or do you think of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)?  An often forgotten aspect of a sustainable business is a healthy organization.  Business sustainability and organizational health go hand-in-hand.
