Studies show there is a growing disconnect between company perception and reality.  Despite growing business sustainability action, a recent report finds that only 16% of managers on the front line feel there is consumer trust in their company and its actions.  From an employee perspective, the post, Poor Leaders Can Decrease Worker Productivity By Up to 40 Percent,  illustrates that employees with leaders who committed any of these "behavioral sins" said they cut back on their contributions by 40%.  What's missing? Trust.  

One of the most common miss-steps taken by many business executives is assuming the role of ‘king of the hill’.  In this case, executives attempt to sell a predefined change to the organization as a way to attain agreement and to accelerate implementation.
