Caped Crusader Has Passion for Pups

High school student Brandon Noggle, a volunteer with Susquehanna Service Dogs, receives the Caped Crusader award from Central Penn Parent Magazine for his dedicated volunteer work with Susquehanna Service Dogs. Noggle and his family have raised several puppies for Susquehanna Service Dogs, and he is always willing to help with any job that needs to be done.
