Standing Behind Our Military
With initiatives led by President and CEO Jim Souers, Marcone has been supporting service members and their families through a multi-faceted military-focused CSR campaign since the early 2000s. With nationwide fundraisers throughout our stores and philanthropic contributions from Souers himself, we help ensure that organizations like HEROES Care, Fischer House Foundation, the USO, and the Navy League can continue their care of active military personnel and veterans. Through Military Spouse Corporate Career Network (MSCCN), we hire and employ "trailing spouses" all across the United States. Souers and Marcone have been recognized for these ongoing efforts by HEROES Care, the Navy League of St. Louis, and Missouri Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR).
