Stag Dining Group have set out to make positive changes in the restaurant industry by creating unforgettable dining experiences with a keen eye on the social, economic and environmental sustainably of the entire supply chain. In honor of
World Fair Trade Day, Chefs Jordan Grosser and Ted Fleury have carefully designed an exquisite brunch menu that showcases Fair Trade Certified ingredients, paired with coffee, tea and cocktails. Attendees will learn how every menu can make a difference in Fair Trade’s effort to fight global poverty.

WHY: Saturday, May 14 is World Fair Trade Day and thousands of supporters will take part in Fair Trade Breakfasts to show their support for economic and social justice for farmers and workers in the developing world. Proceeds from each ticket support the work of Fair Trade USA, an Oakland-based nonprofit organization and the leading certifier of Fair Trade products in the United States.
