BoldImpactTM ATL is a culture-driven sustainability non-profit organization transforming global climate goals into bold, measurable outcomes across Metro Atlanta and presenting a cohesive picture of the exceptional work across sectors with best-in-class solutions for collaborations, partnerships and community engagement. BoldImpact ATL’s purpose is to serve as a catalyst, convener, connector, accelerator, and amplifier.
THE SPARK IGNITING BOLDIMPACT ATL
Many of Atlanta’s legacy companies, universities, startups, civic organizations and institutions have invested in bold initiatives aligned with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These goals set a global roadmap to address urgent challenges by 2030. Yet, with just four years remaining, we’ve achieved less than 20% of the target. The gap is real, and there is an undeniable urgency to accelerate progress.
Much of this critically important work in Metro Atlanta has taken place in silos. Leaders across the city’s landscape want to broaden perspectives, forge intentional partnerships, align efforts for greater impact, and tap into the power of our culture to educate, engage and activate. Together, we have the opportunity to shape a comprehensive and cohesive picture of Atlanta’s sustainability leadership as well as demonstrate how Atlanta is an example for the nation and around the world.
BoldImpact ATL features three flagship initiatives: SustainTheGameTM, SustainTheHomeTM, and SustainTheSpeedTM. Real impact - bold impact - doesn’t happen in pockets. It happens when we pool our time, our talent, and our resources. When we stop asking who owns the problem and start asking how we can solve it together.

Atlanta will be in the spotlight as a host city for the 2026 World Cup, which presents a unique opportunity to increase visibility of the sustainability work and spur new commitments and initiatives throughout Atlanta’s ecosystem of companies, civic and nonprofit organizations, startups, and cultural influencers.
