"Our challenge is to create the social conditions that support the realization of our enormous human capacity for consciousness, creativity, empathy, and caring," says Eisler.

The CFPA, currently debated in the Senate with the "Restoring American Financial Stability Act", would oversee financial products hawked to the nation's consumers - like a Food & Drug Administration (FDA) for the financial markets.
