Wells Fargo Recognized for Disability Inclusion Policies and Practices
Wells Fargo has received a rating of 100 percent on the national Disability Equality Index® Best Places to Work list — the second time the company has achieved the top score.
For the second consecutive year, Wells Fargo has been named one of the Disability Equality Index® (DEI®) Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion, earning a score of 100 percent on the national list. Companies received the recognition based on their self-reported culture and leadership, access, employment practices, and community engagement and support services. Of the 110 companies who participated in 2017 — the third year the index was conducted — 68 of them received a rating of 100 percent.

The DEI® — an annual benchmarking survey on disability inclusion policies and practices — is a joint initiative of the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) and the US Business Leadership Network® (USBLN®). AAPD promotes equal opportunity, economic power, independent living, and political participation for people with disabilities, and the USBLN® helps businesses drive performance by leveraging disability inclusion in the workplace, supply chain, and marketplace.
