SLB Named to Newsweek’s Greatest Workplaces in Tech 2026 List

Ranking recognizes SLB's technology innovation and workplace culture

SLB has been named to Newsweek's America's Greatest Workplaces in Tech 2026 list.

The ranking places SLB among leading U.S. technology employers and is based on independent research and nationwide workforce survey data.

The methodology evaluates 10 categories of employee satisfaction, including compensation and benefits, training and development, well-being, and culture and inclusion.

Their technological solutions to the challenges of delivering energy to the world are outstanding. The external recognition makes me extremely proud,” said Demos Pafitis, chief technology officer at SLB.

SLB has also been ranked among the top companies for AI adoption in the 2026 S&P 500 AI-Driven Enterprise Index, reflecting the company’s strong track record of digital innovation in the energy industry.
